The JinRai was an original prototype of the Rai-o that appeared in the 2nd Super Robot Wars Original Generation.
Appearance[]
The JinRai looks similar to the Rai-o, albeit colored black, has differently shaped head and shoulders as well as having it's entire body covered in a large cape.
Technical and Historical[]
The DGG-XAM03 JinRai (ジンライ) is the predecessor of the Rai-o, the JinRai is designated as the third Dynamic General Guardian unit created by Dr. Kaoru Tomine, based on designs by Bian Zoldark. It is equipped with the S-ZLAI (Shippu ZinLai), a special artificial intelligence system which allows it to move without a pilot. Its primary objective is to destroy the Dygenguar and Aussenseiter, the first two Dynamic General Guardians.

Weapon Systems:[]
- Painless Dagger (スモークミサイル): The JinRai leaps into the air, throwing several kunai at the enemy.
- Multiply Blade (ペインレス・ダガー): The JinRai rushes forward, creating and throwing a cross-shuriken at the enemy. When it reaches the enemy, the JinRai then pulls the cross-shuriken out of their body and slashes them from behind in a Z-pattern.
- Sonic Heel (ソニック・ヒール): The JinRai shoots smoke missiles from its left arm before diving in and kicking the enemy. It then leaps into the air and finishes with a heel kick.
- Anchor Secret Sword (アンカー・シークレイト・ソード): The JinRai draws its still-sheathed sword from its back an launches an anchor at the enemy. As the anchor is retracting, the JinRai unsheathes its sword and quickly cuts them in half. This move is similar to the Rai-o's Counter Break attack.
- Ra'izuna (Gauze Weasel) Drop (ライズナ・ドロップ Riser Drop): After summoning several mass-produced JinRai which throw cross-shurikens at the enemy, the JinRai rushes in behind the enemy and leaps onto their back before somersault-kicking them into the air. Then, the JinRai catches the enemy with its cloak before leaping up, grabbing them, and slamming them into the ground headfirst.
