Mitsuko Isurugi is a fictional character in the Super Robot Wars series. She has appeared as a non-playable character in Super Robot Wars Original Generation 2 and Super Robot Wars OG: Original Generations.
Mitsuko Isurugi is the current CEO of Isurugi Industries in Original Generation 2 and the daughter of Renji Isurugi. Codenamed "Rose" in secret transactions, she funded Project TD and is the person Nibhal Mubhal pledge his true allegiance to. Despite her innocent, charming looks, she uses it to progress her own ideals, her profits and her company is the one who funded the Divine Crusaders. Interestingly, in Original Generation, Renji Isurugi was killed shortly after he broke his ties with the Divine Crusaders and tried to surrender to the Aerogaters alongside Karl Schtleseman. Nibhal survived Viletta's attack at Antarctica.
Mitsuko shows herself to be able to psychologically manipulate others easily to her side, as shown with Kenneth Garret and Nibhal Mubhal. She makes others see her as an innocent businesswoman, who only cares about her profits even though she did more than just that. When Mao Industries was taken over by the Inspectors, Isurugi took control of the repairs. She was the one who made a pact with the Shadow Mirrors to repair their units in exchange for their blueprints and planned the coup d'etat to overthrow the current government successfully. Vindel Mauser was supportive of her policies as it is "chaos" to him. The Inspectors also agreed to do business with her in exchange for the Shadow-Mirrors and their technology to be transferred over to their side. She did attempt to make business with the Einst but due to their inability to really speak, she called it off. All in all, she's a supporter of Bian Zoldark's views, and implements it. At the end of Original Generation 2, Mitsuko's faction is the only one that remains unopposed.
