The Huckebein Mk-II Trombe was rebuilt from the salvaged wreckage of the Huckebein Mk-II Unit 2, which was destroyed during one of the Hiryuu Kai crew's battles against the Colony Integrated Army. Its Gravi-Con System has been upgraded, strengthening the original's G-Wall into G-Territory, along with Afterimage capabilities and a newly-installed Tesla Drive for flight. It has also been repainted to Elzam's favorite black-red color scheme and given the name "Trombe", the first of Elzam's personal machines to be named so.

In the SRS Prestory novel, Elzam was mentioned piloting a "black Huckebein Mk-II".
OG Series[]
SRW OG1/SRW OGs1[]
The Mk-II Trombe became Elzam's personal unit for the L5 Campaign. It first appeared alongside Sänger Sombold's Grungust Type-0 and the Kurogane during the Aerogators' attack on the Shirogane at Antartica (Ryuusei Route) / during the first appearance of Galuin Mehabel in the Aerogator-made Gespenst Type-S (Kyousuke Route).
After the defeat of the Aerogaters, the Trombe was reverted back to its old colors and put into storage. It would not appear again until 2nd OG.
2nd SRW OG[]
Despite finally making an appearance after a long hiatus, the Huckebein Mk-II Unit 2 met its end after it, along with the rest of the Huckebein Series were destroyed by the Galilnagant when they were about to be transported to the Hickam Air Force Base.
Armaments[]
Vulcan Cannon (バルカン砲 Vulcan-Hou)
Two rapidly firing machine guns mounted on the Trombe's head. They're not very effective on Personal Troopers and similar sized enemies, but they're good for destroying small fighters and ground targets.
Beam Sword (ビームソード)
Handheld energy sword. Swappable Weapon in OG.
Photon Rifle (フォトン・ライフル)
A handheld rifle that fires photon particles. In Alpha, it is said to be in the same development lineage as the R-2's Magna Beam Rifle. Swappable Weapon in OG.
Chakram Shooter (チャクラム・シューター)
A launcher mounted on the left forearm that can fire a wire-guided circular sawblade at the enemy. In Alpha, it is said to be an advanced variant of the R-2's Wired Beam Chakram. For some reason it became a Swappable Weapon in OG1 and OG2 (in OG1 it can be seen fired from a handheld launcher), it eventually returned to being the Mk-II's Fixed Weapon in OGs.
G-Impact Cannon (Gインパクト・キャノン)
Short for Gravity Impact Cannon. A large external cannon deployed to the pilot at their request that acts as a substitute for the Huckebein's Black Hole Cannon. It unleashes the gravitational field generated from the Gravi-Con System in a burst, crushing the opponent within a sphere of gravity. When firing, the Cannon is connected to the Trombe's crotch section.
