Hamelin Sibalto (ヘイムレン・シルバート) is a fictional character in the Super Robot Wars OG Saga series and a boss in Endless Frontier EXCEED: Super Robot Wars OG Saga. He is a Shura from Hakoku with the power manipulate sound, which he does via playing his flute. He is the direct subordinate of Gerda Miroir, thus making him similar to Aledy Naash.

Hamelin is instructed by Gerda to seek out the Ark-On so they can use it for their purposes. He also manipulated Ann Serena, Cleo Gretel, and Dorothy Mistral (and by extension the Fee-Kleid) through the use of his flute.

Demon Spike Top (魔斑猛旋脚 Demon Uneveness Furious Legs):
- Hamelin attacks his opponent while spinning, slashing them with sharp blades.
Melody of Defeat (覇滅の旋律 Melody of Abandonment):
- Hamelin plays his flute, which damages the enemy with shockwaves, then he rapidly kicks them.
Assault Dive (窮鼠轟襲脚 Attack Foot):
- Hamelin plays his flute, which summons a horde of beastmen to divekick his opponent.
Shigi ・ Mamyo Jikoken (死技・魔斑導獄拳 Death Technique ・ Demonic Prison Fist):
- Hamelin's Overdrive Attack. He starts with Demon Spike Top,then leaps back and plays his flute from a distance. Next he leaps in with a series of rapid kicks, then finishes with a fiery kick that slams the opponent into the wall.

- Hamelin references the Pied Piper of Hamelin.
- He manipulates beasts with a flute, much like how the Pied Piper manipulated rats, and later children, with his flute.
