History[]
Endless Frontier []
Despite both Gerda and Cindy believing in the same overall ideal of what a Shura should be (one who struggles and overcomes enemies under their own power to reach perfection), Gerda was a bit of a warmonger and wanted to subjugate not just Agrado Heim (who the Shura were at war with) but also other nations as well. Cindy disagreed with this sentiment, so Gerda condemned her as "clashing with the Shura" and formed her own faction and started a civil war in Hakoku. To complete her plans, she needed the Ark-On that rested on top of Haryuu (覇龍の塔 Supreme Dragon) Tower. When Gagun took control of Ark-On and made it leave the tower, she sent Hamelin to search for it. They eventually found and teamed up with Agrado Heim temporarily, but long enough to use the Ark-On as a basis for the mass produced ice-based Rasetsu-Ki and the stronger Arc-Ontes.
