History[]
In Compact 3, Folka was pitted against Fernando in a holy death match to decide who will earn the right to be a Shura General. Folka was victorious, but couldn't bring himself to kill Fernando as ordered and questioned why the Shura only live to fight and why couldn't they find any alternatives. With this in mind, Folka spared Fernando's life and indirectly humiliated him, and deserted the Shura, ending up in the dimension of Earth, where he found another Shura, Alion, laying waste to the city of Jaburo, with the Londo Bell fighting to defend the city.
Folka decided to find the meaning of the lifestyle he sought within Londo Bell and joined them. He was faced by his Shura companions but his will never faltered. Despite losing his big brother Altis Tarl, and later Fernando himself, Folka moved forward and eventually defeated the Shura King Alkaid. He later realized that the Shura race is just like the humans, they can find a way of life other than fighting, but the Shura just does not know how. At the death of the King, Folka was transported back to the Shura world, leading his men with the new lifestyle he discovered.
In Original Generation Gaiden, Folka first appeared alongside Fernando and Alion ravaging the town of Asakusa. He faced Kouta Azuma in form of Fighter Roar and his Compatible Kaiser, whom he finds worthy as an opponent. To drive Kouta further, Folka abducted his sister Shoko Azuma and took him to the Shura fortress. Upon arriving there, Folka was instead chastised by Shouko, which caused him to doubt the current lifestyle of Shura. After a few more encounters with the Earth Federation Army, Folka decided to defect and take Shouko along with him to the Earth Federation Army. He would, however, lose her due to a plot by his fellow Shura men, and later met her again brainwashed as Emi. Later, Folka also leads the attack against Alkaid, but this time he's also joined by Fernando and Alion. After the battle is over, Folka decided to return to the Shura world and find a new place to live.
