Kali Yuga' ( カリ・ユガ) is a fictional god(dess) that appears in Super Robot Wars UX. It serves as the fnal boss of the game. Kali Yuga is a god(dess) that "both saves and destroys the universe", returning all possibilities to nothing, and it tries to protect the universe from a very long-term perspective.
Its theme song is "End of the Yuga".
Appearance[]
Kali Yuga appears as a goddess with a lion-headed helmet and ornate armor. She has eight arms carrying cups, wands, and swords, but her main weapon is a double-headed spear. She has four snakes coiled around her and giant wings made up of its minions, the Livalna ( リヴァルナ). Even the parts that look like flesh are part of the machine.
Her existence is tied to the perspective of the UX universe and its many parallel worlds (the different series represented in the game).
Technical and Historical[]
The "UX" universe is trapped in a time loop, where events and battles are repeated thousands of times, each one different from the previous one. Such repetitions are called "Yugas" in this universe, and eventually they start to fill out space-time, hindering the creation of new Yugas. The easiest way to solve this was to end the loop (later revealed to be caused by the Human-Machina machines). As such, Kali Yuga was mobilized to wipe out the "UX" world and return the infinite possibilities to formless chaos, and allow the birth of a new Yuga.
It bestowed visions of the future to Noble Dylan, motivating her to create various war machines to prevent the apocalypse. Instead, this caused the world to fall into chaos, causing war and time anomalies, allowing Kali Yuga to manifest once Avatara was destroyed as it intended.
However, upon its manifestation, it engaged the Unknown Strikers and was defeated.

Kali's four snakes fire beams into the sky that converge into a devastating rain of energy blasts. - 御使いの羽 ( Angel Wings):
Innumerable Livalna are emitted from the feathers of light, combining into one huge being and slamming the enemy with its head, seemingly swallowing them. Inside, the enemy is surrounded by Livalnas, who then shower the enemy with a multitude of attacks. - 浄化の槍 ( Purification Spear):
Kali Yuga telekinetically lifts her spear and throws it down upon an enemy, The resulting explosion obliterates the enemy, the planet they're standing on, and (if the move kills) other planets in the solar system while Kali watches.- Note: This is also her MAP attack.
