The Fee-Kleid (フェイクライド) is a fictional robot in the Super Robot Wars OG Saga series. It appears as a playable assist unit in Super Robot Wars OG Saga: Endless Frontier EXCEED.
Fee-Kleid's theme song is "Machine Soul~Miracle Is Called IMPACT POWER", which it shares with its eventual master, Neige Hausen.
Appearance[]
The Fee-Kleid shares some of its design with the Fairlion in the sense that it's a mech with doll-like features that's maneuverable enough to dance. However, it's predominantly white with gold lining, blue accents, red highlights, and patches of black.
Technical And Historical[]
During Chapter 4, Neige finally returns to her home only to find Dorothy Mistral using the Fee-Kleid, a Yousei-ki and the Hausen family's strongest mechanized armor. After defeating Dorothy, the group finds the yousei-ki in Neige's room (which used to belong to her mother, Stula, who died during the 10 Years War). Unlike the Jyaki-Gun-Ou, there's no need to directly control a Yousei-Ki; they're supposed to simply obey their master's commands. It wasn't obviously out of control during the fight, which means that someone other than the Hausen heir has its ear.
In Chapter 11, it orders the party to leave its "daughter's room". It announces that no intruders will be allowed to disturb the room until she returns. The voice belongs to Stula, and the Fae Kleid adds that this room is its bond with its daughter. Unfortunately, this seems to be pre-recorded dialog, which the Fae Kleid repeats when Neige tries to get it to recognize her. Dorothy guesses that the dialog was recorded during the Ten Years' War, and that when she repaired the thing it headed straight back here. Neige vows to prove to the Fae Kleid that she really is the daughter of the Hausens, ordering it to entrust its "Machine Soul" to her.
After the battle, the Fae Kleid tells Neige that it couldn't do anything for her, but it does pray that the fighting will end even a day sooner, that she may live her life happily. With its mission complete, its power decreases to stable levels, accepting Neige's commands. Aledy asks Neige who designed the Fae Kleid, and she confirms that It was indeed her mother, which explains how her mother's feelings rubbed off on the mech.
