The F-32 Schwert (F-32シュヴェールト) is a fighter that appears in the first Super Robot Wars OG Game, and unlike its predecessor, the F-28 Messer, it continues to appear in games in a playable form. The Schwert also resembles a Lion, as the fighter-based mech and the Schwert share a manufacturer.
Technological and Historical[]
Initially deployed during the DC-war on the side of the Divine Crusaders, the aircraft was pitted against the F-28 directly. It was designed to function on any battlefield, is capable of combat at all altitudes, and has flexible wings made of specialized material. Its cockpit is fully enclosed, protecting the pilot more.It has an extremely long Time Between Overhauls, and is armed quite similarly to the Messer, though on paper preforms statistically better all around.
After the end of the DC war and the L-5 campaign, and by the time of the second Super Robot Wars OG game, the Schwert had made its way alongside the lion into the TFF's list of fighters. The fighter was also utilized by DC remnants for a time.

Forward-mounted twin Vulcans on the nose of the fighter, only usable at short ranges.
- Homing Missile (ホーミングミサイル)
Homing missiles fired from the F-32. The exact amount and formation depends on the version of the game.
Trivia[]
- "Schwert" means "Sword" in German, and was likely meant to be a method to imply its superiority to the F-28 Messer.
