The Extim and Raha Extim are fictional robots in the Super Robot Wars series. The Extim has appeared as a boss unit Super Robot Wars Compact 3, while the Raha Extim was the final boss. Both units show up in Super Robot Wars Original Generation Gaiden.
Appearance[]
The Extim is an unusual mech, even among the Shura Gods. Initially taking the form of a black-and-red winged demon riding a six-legged beast (supposedly being based on a legendary monster in the Shura world called “Haryu”). Although it has a control system that traces the operator's techniques like other Shurashin, the lower body is a dragon, so it cannot be used to kick, and it's difficult to attack with punches. For this reason, the main weapons are the front legs of the dragon, the breath released from the dragon's mouth, and its weight. However, due to its overwhelming base performance and the power of Alkaid, the Extim demonstrates a tremendous power that can't be easily rivaled.
In Compact 3, the dragon part of the lower body was optional, and by purging this, the Extim could enter a bipedal state and increase mobility. However, in the OG series, the bipedal and dragon states are fused into a single being, and a new bipedal form is now available as an "Apotheosized" form .
The aforementioned new bipedal form is Raha Extim. This mech imitates the legendary “Devil King”, and “Raha” means “true” in the ancient language of the Shura world. Since the dragon is gone, the operating range of both arms is expanded, making it possible to fully exercise Alkaid's Haou Ken (覇皇拳 Supreme Emperor Fist).
Technical And Historical[]
The Extim is the personal 修羅神 (Shurashin) of Shura King Alkaid Naash, and one of the two Heaven-class Shurashin in existence. Due to its tremendous fighting power, other Shura speculated that Extim had already become apotheosized. However, this was actually the form it took when it was manufactured. In the battle with Folka inside the Swordian, it finally apotheosized via Alkaid's acknowledgment of Folka's new power, transforming it into Raha Extim

The Extim flies at the enemy, hitting them with its fists before charging up and slashing them with its front claws.
- Juushou Hishougeki (重圧飛翔撃 Heavy Pressure Flight)
Extim "flies" and lands right on top of the enemy, crushing them with its great weight before flicking them away with its tail.
- Messatsu Ryuukouhou (滅殺竜光砲 Annihilating Dragon Light Cannon)
Extim's ultimate attack. It charges its energy, then slams the ground, sending raised earth towards the enemy. The enemy is then raised up, where the Extim easily shoots them down with a beam from the dragon's mouth.

Raha Extim charges its energy, then releases a beam of energy at the enemy.
- Haou Shuuen Hadou Ha (覇皇終焉波動覇 Supreme King Ending Wave)
Raha Extim charges its energy, then flies far above its opponent. Then, the eight plates on its back begin to spin, generating seven lights (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, light blue, and pink). These lights fuse together into a sphere and slam into the opponent.
- Haou Hametsu Ken (覇皇破滅拳 Supreme King Ruin Fist)
Raha Extim's ultimate attack and the final technique of Haou Ken. Charging its energy, it rushes at the opponent from on high. It punches them into the air before flying up, grabbing them and slamming them back into the ground, creating a large explosion. Finally, it rears back its fist before punching the enemy, sending them through several mountains. The enemy finally gets stuck in a very large mountainside before exploding. Afterwards, the Raha Extim is seen raising its fist to the heavens.
